DHC Comfort's Frequently Asked HVAC Questions (FAQ)
How Do I know if my system is working properly? You should call a professional if your unit continuously runs, if your utility bills are high, if you hear unusual noises or smell unusual odors, or if it's not holding temperature.

Do I need a maintenance agreement?
Regular maintenance extends the life of your unit while keeping it running safely and efficiently. Not having your unit frequently tuned-up can cause more damage. Your unit is like a car and needs to be periodically serviced.
